We understand how nonprofits work

Training serves your mission and strengthens your ability to deliver it.

A nonprofit balances beneficiaries' needs, staff responsibilities and the expectations of its board and supporters. We connect every program to a specific problem and an outcome you want to achieve, then build delivery and follow-up around them.

Beneficiaries at the center of the design

We start with what they need to learn or apply and choose an experience that suits their abilities and circumstances.

A team equipped to deliver

We connect employee and volunteer development to their actual roles and retain knowledge within the nonprofit.

Partners see what their support achieves

A clear plan, defined responsibilities and data explaining delivery, progress and outcomes.

Capacity-building areas

Specialist training for your association's work and the people it serves.

We build the training plan with you around your association's specialty. Together, we identify content, trainers, and the specialist partner, then organize delivery and follow-up in Byaan.

Governance and organizational leadership

Develop leaders and boards, clarify roles and policies, and strengthen strategic planning and risk management. Training connects to the association's decisions and daily practice.

Intended output: a development plan and clear responsibilities

Initiative and project management

Turn an idea into a scope of work, budget, timeline, and indicators. Train program managers and coordinators in delivery follow-up, reporting, and knowledge management.

Intended output: a team that manages an initiative from launch to evaluation

Resource development and partnerships

Develop initiative proposals, engage donors and corporate social responsibility partners, prepare awareness campaigns and outcome stories, and build partnership relationships.

Intended output: a partnership proposal with clear value and a delivery plan

Beneficiary service and volunteer preparation

Communicate respectfully, understand beneficiary needs, handle sensitive situations, and prepare volunteers for their roles and the association's procedures before field participation.

Intended output: readiness aligned with the task and service quality

Empower beneficiaries through skills

Pathways for digital skills, work readiness, and small businesses. We combine learning, practice, and assessment, and agree with the association on how to follow up on skill use after training.

Intended output: a skill the beneficiary applies in life and work

Community health and safety

Programs such as first aid, BLS, school and event safety, and caregiver awareness. The specialist training partner designs and delivers them, while Byaan manages the participant journey.

Intended output: practical preparation meeting program requirements

How we develop an initiative

Five steps connecting the idea to delivery and outcomes.

We work with your team on an initiative proposal ready for presentation and decision: whom do we serve, what will we provide, who will deliver it, what will it cost, and how will we know we have progressed?

  1. 1

    Identify the priority

We understand the association's mission, target participants, and current gap, then identify the outcome worth investing in.

  2. 2

    Design the program

We organize the pathway, content, practice, and assessment, and define responsibilities for the association, trainer, and supporting partner.

  3. 3

    Prepare the initiative proposal

Scope, budget, timeline, success indicators, and a communication plan give management and partners a clear proposal.

  4. 4

    Launch delivery

We configure the platform, program page, registration, and cohorts, bringing in-person and online training into one journey.

  5. 5

    Measure outcomes and improve

We gather training evidence, review skill application with the association, and prepare the outcome report and an improvement plan for the next cohort.

We define preparation, content, training, operations, and measurement services, together with each partner's responsibilities, in one collaboration proposal.

Beneficiary empowerment

Skills and Opportunity: from learning to readiness for work.

Whom do we serve?

Association beneficiaries seeking work-related skills or support to develop a small business.

How is the initiative delivered?

  1. Identify the required skill, participants' levels, and opportunities to apply it.
  2. Build a short pathway with a specialist trainer and work-related tasks.
  3. Run cohorts, reminders, assessments, and completion certificate issuance.
  4. Deliver training outputs to the association and review follow-up steps with empowerment partners.

What do we document during training?

  • Registration and attendance
  • Comparison of pre- and post-training assessments
  • Practical tasks and projects
  • Completion and training certificates

How do we follow up on the outcome afterward?

The association follows up on skill application, entry into employment, or business development, and adds follow-up evidence to the initiative report.

Build this initiative with us

How does Byaan turn the plan into day-to-day delivery?

Your association's academy, campaigns, and training results in one place.

Knowledge that stays with the association

A platform with your identity brings together courses, policies, and introductory content that you can reuse with every new cohort, employee, and volunteer.

Cohorts and pathways for each group

Import participant lists, organize programs and cohorts, and connect each group to its training. Track registration and progress from one dashboard.

In-person and online training

Combine live lessons, recordings, and in-person training. Record attendance and send schedule reminders through enabled channels.

Assessment and certificates when requirements are met

Provide tests and assignments, and set completion, attendance, and grade requirements. The system automatically issues course certificates when the enabled conditions are met.

Campaigns that reach your initiative's audience

Create information pages, segment your audience, schedule messages, and automate follow-up. Use them to invite participants, introduce the program, and communicate with interested people.

Data to support the initiative report

Export participant, progress, and completion reports, and gather assessments and surveys. Add the association's follow-up to present outcomes to partners.

Ways to work with Byaan

Start with a focused program or build a long-term partnership.

We choose the model that fits your association's size, priorities, and delivery capacity, then detail services, cost, and follow-up indicators in the collaboration proposal.

1

Association academy and annual plan

For continuous development: a platform with the association's identity, a staff and volunteer training plan, and regular reviews of progress and team needs.

2

A specialist training program

For a specific need: content, a trainer, a cohort, practical activities, and assessment, with registration, attendance, and certificates organized in Byaan.

3

A sponsor-supported initiative

To empower a target group: an initiative proposal, responsibilities, budget, delivery plan, and measurement approach for the association to present to a funding partner, with training managed through Byaan.

4

A partnership to build capacity across several associations

For umbrella and supporting organizations: design a shared program, coordinate organizations, trainers, and cohorts, and compile the agreed training results.

Every partner knows their role from the start.

The nonprofit
Sets priorities and identifies beneficiaries, approves the plan and leads community follow-up.
Byaan and the delivery team
Organize initiative design, platform setup, operations and reporting within the collaboration's scope.
Training and funding partners
Provide the agreed expertise or funding and review outputs with the nonprofit.
Explore references on the sector's needs

Designed around the sector's needs.

Human and organizational capacity building, beneficiary empowerment, and connecting programs to success indicators and follow-up are priorities reflected in official sector references.

Outcome planning is part of initiative preparation

The Programs and Projects Grant requests a program description and an outcome plan covering beneficiaries, success indicators, and follow-up.

Associations Support Fund

These references describe sector needs; they do not imply a partnership with the organizations named. Check grant availability and conditions with the supporting organization.

Measurement starts before the first course

Show what was delivered, what participants learned, and what changed afterward.

We agree on the starting point, intended outcome, and source of each piece of evidence. Byaan provides training data, and the association adds field follow-up, bringing delivery figures and documented stories of change together in the report.

Targets are set after assessing needs. The nonprofit adds field-impact, employment and income data from its own follow-up and partners; these outcomes cannot be inferred from course completion alone.

  1. 1

    Reaching the target group

Enrollment numbers compared with the planned audience and scale

  2. 2

    Attendance and pathway completion

Actual participation and continued progress through completion requirements

  3. 3

    Knowledge and skill acquisition

Assessment comparisons and practical task review

  4. 4

    Training experience quality

Participant surveys and feedback on content and delivery

  5. 5

    Real-world application

The nonprofit's follow-up on skill use and improved practice

  6. 6

Stories of change supported by evidence

Testimonials and experiences collected with participants' consent and verified by the nonprofit

Let's start with your nonprofit's needs.

Can we start with an idea, or do we need a complete initiative?

Yes, you can start with an idea or a need. Together, we define the audience, goal, delivery scope, partners, budget and monitoring indicators, then turn them into a clear collaboration proposal.

Does Byaan only provide a platform, or can it help us prepare the program?

Byaan combines the platform with preparation, setup, training and support services. The collaboration proposal defines what Byaan's team will deliver, what the nonprofit will provide and what needs a specialist training partner.

Can we offer healthcare programs such as BLS and first aid?

Yes. They can be organized within the initiative with a specialist training provider, combining online preparation and practical training. The partner handles content, practical assessment and required accreditation; Byaan manages enrollment, cohorts, attendance and follow-up.

Can we have an academy under the nonprofit's name and automatic certificates?

Yes. The platform is configured with your nonprofit's identity, and automatic course certificates can be enabled once attendance, completion and grade requirements are met. Professional accreditation depends on the program and the specialist training provider.

Can Byaan help attract participants and promote the initiative?

Yes. Byaan provides campaign pages, audience segments, scheduled messages and automated follow-up. We connect the communication plan to program enrollment. Fundraising campaigns are conducted through the nonprofit's approved channels and permits.

Can we present results to our board and supporters?

Yes. Collect training, attendance, completion, assessment and survey reports from Byaan, then add evidence of application and community follow-up. We agree the reporting scope and indicators with you as part of the collaboration.

Can the collaboration suit a small nonprofit or a single initiative?

Yes. You can start with a specific program and one cohort, choose an annual plan or run a partner-sponsored initiative. The proposal is based on your needs, delivery scale and required services.

Let's start with a real need

Who do you want to empower, and what change are you seeking?

Share your priority: building staff capabilities, preparing volunteers, empowering beneficiaries or launching an initiative with a supporter. Together, we will define the collaboration model and the first delivery step.
