Questions from universities and colleges
Answers about managing programs and students.
Details on curricula, enrollment, grade publication, equivalencies and graduation.
Can we manage multiple programs and cohorts with different curricula?
Yes. Create programs with their courses and semesters, and link each cohort to its curriculum version. As the program develops, you can prepare a plan for new cohorts. Changes affecting existing cohorts follow a documented correction process.
How do we organize student enrollment and lecture timetables?
Set program and cohort status, enrollment dates and seat capacity, and review each student's eligibility. Add lecture times, faculty and rooms, with conflict checks.
Can faculty enter grades before they are published?
Yes. Grades are entered first, then submitted for review, approval and publication according to university policy and assigned permissions. Later corrections are retained in the change history.
How does a course equivalency count toward a student's record?
A request is created for the course to be recognized, then reviewed and approved or rejected by the responsible administrator. Approved equivalencies count toward program requirements under its policy. External equivalencies require institutional review.
How do we know a student has met the graduation requirements?
The system checks required courses, completed credits, GPA and attendance, and shows pending grades or equivalencies. An administrator reviews the findings and approves graduation under the university's permissions.
What appears on the academic transcript?
It shows courses, published results, credits and GPA according to program settings. Each issue has a specific number and date and can be verified or revoked through a documented action.
