Integration detailsDaftra

Daftra

What does it do for your institute?

Creates invoices for completed payments, linking the learner as a customer and the course as a service so finance can track course sales in Daftra.

What does it need before activation?

A Daftra account, integration credentials, your organisation's URL, accounting enabled in Byaan, and an invoice trial with your accountant.

What should you review?

Data flows from Byaan to Daftra. It does not transfer historical books or update every record in both directions. Credit notes require manual follow-up.

Your selection helps define integration requirements. Activation starts once the service is approved and the account is configured.

An integration list to review with your team

Choose the services your institute needs, then take a summary of their names to the contact form to discuss accounts and setup requirements.

Prepare an integration discussion

Your selected service names are carried to the contact form for review before you send your message.

From a need to a working integration

Start with the process you want to complete, then review the tool, its configuration, and who will monitor it.

1

Define the purpose

Collecting fees, holding a session, sending a notification, or identifying an enrolment source. Each purpose has different requirements.

2

Review the requirements

Account, plan, integration credentials, country, currency, and delivery channel. Agree on what the institution manages and what the provider delivers.

3

Verify before relying on it

Review an appropriate transaction with the responsible person before relying on the integration for a real course or cohort, then assign someone to monitor its status.

What does an available integration mean?

The guide helps you evaluate options. Activation and service availability depend on the institution's account and the provider.

Does a Byaan plan include external tool fees?

Do not assume so. An integration may require a provider subscription, credit, or transaction fees. Review your Byaan plan and provider agreement before calculating the total cost.

Does every logo mean the integration is active for us?

No. Logos identify tools; they do not show your account status. Activation requires correct configuration and a service available to your institution, and may depend on currency, amount, plan, and country.

Can you connect a tool that is not in the guide?

Provide the tool's name, what should move between it and Byaan, and who will use the result. Feasibility is reviewed first. Submitting a request is not a promise that the integration will be available or delivered by a particular date.

Does this page check our current settings?

No. Search, filters, and the review list run locally using guide information only. They do not access Byaan or provider accounts, send data, or request activation.

Describe the task before naming the tool.

Tell us what you want to achieve, the tool you use, and what you need to see after connecting it. This makes the requirements easier to assess.
